Here’s a conversation I had Sunday with Kaylee:
Me: Thanks, Babe.
Kaylee: Don’t call me Babe.
Me: What should I call you?
Kaylee: Only call me Kaylee Jane.
Me: Okay, I can do that. You don’t like “Babe?”
K: Nope. Just Kaylee Jane. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . or you can call me “Sweetheart.”
We continued to discuss what I could and couldn’t call her.
"Pumpkin" and "Squirt" are both out.
"Princess" is okay.
Also, "Snot Face" is okay, but only if it’s her Uncle Mikey that is calling her that.
